How to Order

To place an order, please follow the steps described as below:

• Please select item(s) you wish to purchase and click “Add To Cart”. Once the item(s) is added to the cart, review to make sure you have selected the right item(s) and then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  You will be then directed to the check out page. Fill in all your “Billing Details”. Make sure the details are right to your knowledge and then click “Place Order” button to book the same.
  Your order is placed and you will receive an email confirmation shortly after a successful order is placed. Be sure to check this email carefully for accuracy.
  Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems or inaccuracies found in your shipping address.

(Be sure to enter your email address correctly. Failure to do so may result in non-receipt of order and shipment confirmation emails.)

•  Within 24-48 hours,based on the distance of your shipping address, you will receive a final confirmation email with the shipping estimate. This method will help us to keep the shipping as nominal as we can since it would almost be an accurate rate rather than charging an estimated standard rates for all the products.The email will also have a “Pay now” button. On clicking the same (or copy pasting the link provided) you will be directed to our checkout page where the payment would be undertaken using CC Avenue’s secure payment gateway. For security reasons CCAvenue woud ask you to fill the shipping address again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused but doing so will help us to verify the details again and also will ensure you that your details are safe with us. We value your personal details hence taking utmost care to secure it.

Note: Please proceed with the payment within 2 days after receiving the invoice. The link will expire as well as the order will be considered cancel after this time frame.

• On receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.
